Kay Carlson Memorial Master Gardeners Scholarship/Trapper Provider

The Kay Carlson Memorial Master Gardeners Scholarship is available to students studying horticulture who maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicants must be residents of the Big Horn Basin, Wyoming (towns of Basin, Burlington, Byron, Cody, Cowley, Deaver, Frannie, Greybull, Hyattville, Lovell, Manderson, Otto, Powell, Shell, Ten Sleep, Thermopolis, and Worland), but priority will be given to Park County, Wyoming residents (towns of Powell, Meeteetse, and Cody).
