The Fraternal Order of Eagles Powell Auxiliary 2426 Scholarship is available to full-time students who are a relative of a member of the Powell Eagles Auxiliary. Recipients must have a GPA of 3.00 to receive an annual award, with a 3.00 GPA required for a second semester (midyear) disbursement.
