The Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Wyoming Scholarship is available to freshmen or sophomore students accepted into a Health care-related program. Must be Wyoming residents and not affiliated with any Blue Cross/Blue Shield employee. Financial need is a factor. Must have and maintain a minimum 2.00 GPA and full time status. Provided by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Wyoming.
