Dorothy Shinn Elementary Education Scholarship/Trapper Provider

The Dorothy Shinn Elementary Education Scholarship is available to Northwest College students majoring in Elementary Education. Recipients must be from the Big Horn Basin, Wyoming with preference given to Powell High School graduates. Students must have and maintain a 2.50 GPA, with a 2.50 GPA required for a second semester (midyear) disbursement.
