Powell Volunteer Fire Department Scholarship/Trapper Provider

The Powell Volunteer Fire Department Scholarship is available to students who are permanent residents of Powell Fire District No.1 (located in Powell, Wyoming). Preference given to students who are fire department members’ dependents. Recipients must enroll full time as well as have and maintain a minimum 2.50 GPA. Provided by the Russ Wiedekamp Scholarship Foundation in memory of Ray Karst, Albert Scott, and Bruce and Josh Honstain.
