Jim and Phyllis Donley Scholarship/Trapper Provider

The Jim and Phyllis Donley Scholarship is available to full-time students at Northwest College. Preference will be given to high school graduates from, in the following priority order,: 1) Cowley, 2) Deaver or Frannie, and 3) Lovell. Students must have a GPA of 2.50 to receive an annual award, with a 2.50 GPA required for a second semester (midyear) disbursement.
