Powell Volunteer Fire Department Scholarship Endowment

Created in 2006, this endowed scholarship was funded by the Russ Wiedekamp Scholarship Foundation in memory of Ray Karst, Albert Scott, and Bruce and Josh Honstain. Applicants must be permanent residents of Powell Fire District No 1. Preference will be given to students who are fire department members dependents. Recipients must have and maintain a 2.5 GPA.
