Max Durney Memorial Scholarship Endowment
This scholarship endowment was created by his family to honor the life and legacy of Max Durney. A devoted family man, he believed in opportunity, perseverance, and the importance of education. Born on June 20, 1931, in Richmond Utah, Max lived a life grounded in dedication to his family and community. This scholarship supports full time or part time students at Northwest College who are residents of Wyoming or Montana and who demonstrate financial barriers to postsecondary education on their application. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 to receive an annual award.
His memory lives on through this scholarship, which reflects his commitment to helping students succeed at Northwest College.
