Joseph Keele CDL Scholarship

This annually awarded scholarship was established to support students enrolled in the Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) program at Northwest College and to honor the legacy of founder Joe Keele who opened the doors of Keele Sanitation in 1982.

Created through the generosity of current owners Chris and Reanne Wolff, this scholarship reflects a strong commitment to workforce development and expanding opportunities for NWC students enrolled in the CDL program.

Funds are awarded to help cover tuition and fees associated with the CDL coursework, preparation and training. Scholarships may be prorated by course and are contingent upon satisfactory academic performance. Annual awards will not exceed $5,500.

Joe Keele created this family owned and operated business in Cody and Powell Wyoming and has proudly served Park and Big Horn counties for decades. Keele Sanitation has built its reputation on dependable service, professionalism, and strong family and community values.
