Frank Family Scholarship Endowment

IJ and Lola Frank were among the first homesteaders on Heart Mountain, building their home and farm from scratch. Lola was a schoolteacher who taught on the farm in one of the barracks at Heart Mountain. NWC Alumni and Former Foundation Employee Robbi Welch honored them with the creation of the Frank Family Scholarship. Robbi has tremendous respect for this hard-working family and saw the value in her education as a non-traditional student at NWC. The scholarship alternates between Ag and Education to support students with values like those of IJ and Lola Frank.
