Brent Foulger Family Scholarship

This scholarship was established to honor the Foulger family’s longstanding commitment to education, community and opportunity. Generously funded in 2025, this endowment supports Northwest College students pursuing business-related education with preference given to students who graduated from Powell High School, Lovell High School or Rocky Mountain High School reflecting the Foulger family’s deep roots in the Big Horn Basin. By establishing this endowment, the Foulger family has created a meaningful and enduring investment in the success of NWC students for years to come.
